Xeno Goku got some passives now, but Rimuru still wins in my opinion, the first of all is, Rimuru also has a lot of passives that Xeno Goku doesnt survive/resist lol, and Rimuru passively adapts to all Xeno Goku hax, even DD, and even if he doesnt, there is SEVERAL rimuru body across the multiverse, each one shares the same mind, so, the others just use Turn Null and gg, Xeno Goku aint counter it, and still, Xeno Goku can't affect Ciel, Ciel is made by Informations, so, Ciel is kinda of AE type 1, and Ciel is what give resistances to Rimurum
