I see. I do believe that Rick can't put Dread down for good. However, he does have some solid win conditions, such as BFR and maybe memory erase (actually, he doesn't have it in this key, but with prep he has all of his inventions and the technology he has used). Plus with prep he would start with his ship, which would let him outmaneuver Dread, and even increase his speed with concentrated dark matter (I'm not sure, but it should count as speed amplification, right?)
