Both have all of their equipment but no prep.

Speed Equal.

I realize Rick has the AP advantage but I think they are pretty even in hax so I kind of want to see how this plays out especially since Rick is a glass cannon.

6-A VS 9-B.
Yes, both are glass cannons, but it's more like a glass 1500s cannon VS a glass modern asault rifle.
You do realize that Harry has an instant paralyzing spell right? Honestly this is more a battle of hax.

I mean, Rick is 100% willing to instantly kill people he never even met before

Harry basically gets desintegrated the moment he tries to attack Rick

....or Rick freezes him and sends him to another timeline

I just realized Harry should have death manipulation due to WOG statements. Anyways I'll change this to Voldemort to make this more fair. BRB.

Okay, forreal though? I think whoever wins this depends on what range they're at.

If the battle stays at a very well-measured distance, then I think Rick takes it via his equipment. He has a lot of good long-range options that would outstrip most of Voldemort's ranged spells, and he's more likely to draw a bead on the Dark Lord from far away than vice-versa.

At mid-range or melee range, though? I actually think Voldy takes this pretty handily. Not only is AK far more likely to hit when fired from a closer distance, but his other hax become a very serious threat when the enemy is closer to him. Imperio, Crucio and Legilimency for immediate disabling, Accio and Confringo for whatever weapons Rick pulls out (I'm pretty sure he has access to both of those), Fiendfyre for smoking him out of cover and telekinesis for controlling the battlefield. He's also really aggressive whenever he fights, so Rick's not going to have an easy time finding an opening against him at mid-range.

I said in the past at least once that Voldy doesn't teleport during fights, but I realized lately that I might've actually been wrong about that as far as the original novels are concerned...

Also, just putting this out there. Harry 'never using his best spells right away' depends entirely on what you consider to be his best spells. He's opened up with Pertrificus Totalis quite a few times from what I can remember, so...

Rick has my vote.

If Voldemort kills him, then Rick can just transfer his consciousness into a force-grown clone, Whereas Voldy had to go through a whole damned ritual to resurrect.

Seriously, that one episode showed just how many contingencies for death Rick has. Voldemort has one, done eight times over.
