Note: Originally, Rick had 48 hours of prep time. In some ways, Rick would still have an advangtage to win, but, atleast it would open up some fresh air for the Cultist.

While mobility does make an advantage for Rick, exactly what good will his portal gun do against the Cultist?

I'll give the point to Rick because one of your reasons I can agree with, but portal gun reason I'm not too certain on.

I would consider it more so of fast movements instead of teleportation. Sure the cultist can disappear and reappear at times, but only does it to summon clones of himself, and doesn't use it for quick dodges.

Yeah, Rick takes this, the guy can create 5-A explosives in MINUTES with stuff he just has lying around, as well as universal timestops, diseases capable of altering an entire planets woth of organisms, and pretty much everythine else listed on his page. Giving him two days of prep is basically a guarranteed win for him

Rick, his portal gun just gives him to high an advantage. Not to mention the amount of prep he has.

I say the Lunatic Cultist wins. His danmaku can get Rick off guard. Besides, I feel him being slighter higher than Rick tier wise (High 5-A) would give him the deed to succeed.
