TBH Muso Tensei intangibility could probably save Ken still.

If Rick has 3 days prep then I have no doubt he'll probably figure out a way to work around Muso Tensei. Also, time freeze and his own void manipulation put Ken at a major disadvantages

I still wanna see a scan of Muso Tensei being stated or shown to erase things from existence. The only thing ive seen from a few days of looking is that it erases souls

From all of those it looks like its just physical erasure, not complete existence erasure

Yeah, that's what Prom brought up in the Gabriel match, which I agreed with since Ken has only shown to erase physical things, but stuff like the soul/conscious/etc aren't confirmed. Still falls under existence erasure though:
"Most characters have not the full range of the ability, for example only being able to erase a target's matter and energy, but not its mind, soul, concept, etc."
-Existence Erasure Limitations section
Though it does help that it's shown to erase energy based attacks that slice on a cellular level (the energy attack in HnK are composed of toki, or fighting spirit, which iirc is basically spirit energy, but don't quote me on that, need to double check).
