To answer your question Salavatore, Batman has a lot of weaponry is a master tactician and strategist, who is a better fighter than Morty if it ever lead to a physical fight.

Rick himself has shown to have creations that could put him on par with batman in terms of gear. Keep in mind, this is with prep time, anything of theirs to win is a go.

Rick, he makes something to kill Batman. Even with prep, Batman can't come close to whatever op monstrosites he can make (PIS is not included in my decision)

Rick, due to being 2C with prep! And by that, I mean turn Bats into a cronenburg and/or cut him in half with his portal gun.

Well that proves it that batman isn't he scary one when it comes to prep time.

Though, recently (or a few months ago) there was this chair that batman sits upon, what is up with that? would that prove to be a big threat in anyway?

Well i guess its obvious who wins.

Also, mentining a real fight with no prep time, i guess that would be a matter of who shoots first with rick, since his gun kinda discintergrates anything.

Anywho, could this count as a Victory, for rick?

6 for Rick(including me as i think he takes this as well), one for the Dark Knight. It's really obvious on who wins this unless anymore people wants to back Batman up here.

Rick wins, I believe. I also believe we should count this as a win for him over Bats.
Well for this, you'd need at least like a miminum of 5-6 votes on either character. Seeing that Rick has 6 people and Bats has only 1, i'd say it's pretty alright to add this win to Rick.

Bat with prep has insane things like the Hellbat Armour which is easily 4-B.(able to tank hits from darkseid, damage darkseid, and travel at relativistic speeds if not faster) Does Rick have anything on that level?

A ship capable of space travel rivalling that of Superman that also runs on a micro universe > A super armor that gets ripped apart after a while. Rick's not rich and works in a garage, and however is more intellegent and likely older and wiser than Batman. Albiet a jerk. Batman doesn't have the tech, even with his millions and billions, and an army of little boy sidekicks and his bat cave.

For further evidence, read ahead. Warning spoilers.

In fact, the only thing Rick himself ever lost was when he turned himself in. He only did that to save his family. Batman has lost and gotten beaten several times through the years. Considering in the show, Rick fights idiots, aliens, and superior versions of himself from alternate dimensions and timelines. Bats take on ordinary scum, supervillans without a cause, and occassionaly takes part in the larger battles in the DC verse. However, he is usually never the deciding factor in that. Rick always has been, with out Morty or even half his tech, I think he's selfish (another thing he has over Batman) enough to push them out of the way to beat him.
