Rich Evans's Hypothetical Jupiter-sized Death Star

In Half of the Bag's The Last Jedi review, Rich Evans comes up with a space station the size of Jupiter with a laser that comes out of Jupiter's Red Spot. He claims that such a weapon would be able to destroy half the galaxy. Scaling from both Death Stars and Starkiller Base, how much destruction will a Jupiter-sized superweapon do?

Hmm.

Relying upon the assumption that "More Mass of the Death Star = More AP"? That everything scales upwards proportionally?

The diameter of the Starkiller Base is 660 km, according to its page, and has an Attack Potency of 4.35 Foe. Jupiter, meanwhile, has a diameter of 139822 km. Thus, it is (139822/660) = 211.85 times the Starkiller Base's size in each dimension, or ((211.85)^3) = 9507917.5 times as massive, overall. This would make the power output of a Jupiter-sized Death Star... (9507917.5 * 4.35) = 41.3594 MegaFoe.

Not quite up to scratch, regarding what we consider "Galaxy level" on this site, but an impressively up-there Solar System level yield for whatever that's worth.
