Rhino (Marvel) Upgrade

Rhino is mostly portrayed as a threat that Low 7-C Spiderman is able to defeat through stategy, these are [Anything from 5-B to 4-B for him] heavy outliers which we cannot use. It's the same as Venom defeating Juggernaut.

This is due to the fact that Rhino is very dumb, he is still shown stand up to fight heavyweight often

But Venon vs. Juggernault, only occurred once, Rhino battling Marvel's heavyweights happened a lot of times.

But like Venom has struggled a lot more times with Low 7-B beings, he was 5-B when his page was made, and downgraded to his current rating due to what i said.

Particularly I would not downgrade Venom, but I would put you tier 5 with a note saying it's Hax, but I understand you.
