Note: Dragonborn has all of his best armor, weapons, dragon shouts, magic spells that Skyrim has to offer while Revan has all of his best Light Side and Dark Side Force abilties seen in the Knights of the Old Republic game, the Revan book, and the Old Republic MMO

Dovahkiin is due to a downgrade to island level since the island creating feat from miraak wasn't really that impressive.So Revan wins.
