In the comics, God revived Scout after he was killed. This should grant Scout Resurrection, but only as a one-time thing.
This isn't a dream or whatever, as God straight up says that Scout died, which is also confirmed by the Official TF2 wiki. Not to mention, it being a dream makes absolutely zero sense, as Scout was literally dying, and had a giant gaping chest wound. Despite this, after he was resurrected, we see that he is completely fine, when just a few seconds ago, he was dying. It would also make no sense for Tom Jones' neck to be snapped, nor God to object at first when Scout said that Tom Jones is his father, as from Scout's perspective, he fully believes that he is his father. Scout also wouldn't ever dream of Tom Jones being killed.
Besides, I don't recall this moment ever being called a dream or hallucination, especially when practically everything points to Scout just dying, and being resurrected, and it being literally stated that he died.
