Well if the CGI movies are canon there are some pretty good feats.
One of T-013's can survive this explosion:
That is definitely Tier 8. I am going to make a guess and say this might be Building level+.
There are couple of good speed feats too:
1.T-013 raises his hand before a bullet reaches him:
T-013 can raise his hand up before the bullet can reach him. Plus he only turned around to start blocking the bullet after he turned around by which point the bullet covered more than half of the distance.
2. T-013 catches an RPG-7 rocket while running towards it:
The T-002 Tyrant in Re1 has a simillar feat of deflecting a M202 FLASH rocket which has a muzzle velocity of 114 m/s. The feat is calced at Supersonic (627 m/s) . The T-013 feat should be much higher since RPG-7 has a muzzle velocity of 300 m/s.
