Jill Valentine Wins Because She's a trained and skilled soldier and fighter. She has served in the USA army under their Delta Force trained program, and as a S.T.A.R.S agent and BSAA agent (having founded the latter). Jill is proficient with a number of armed weapons, including pistols, handguns, machine guns, rifles, shotguns, grenade launchers, explosives, and incendiary devices.

Jill is adept with electronics having a natural affinity with them, as well as being extremely proficient in picking locks. Jill has chemistry knowledge. Jill Valentine is also a great hand to hand combatant since she knows martial arts.

Jill Also Defeats Nemesis In RE3.

After the incident involving Wesker at the Spencer estate and her capture and cryogenic slumber, Jill's abilities were enhanced after exposure to the P30 chemical. Her strength and speed were increased, and her already impressive fight skills were improved to such an extent that she could easily overpower even much larger opponents including even Chris. Additionally, Jill was kitted out in a sleeker combat-ready bodysuit, giving her additional durability.

I'll assume speed is equal for this one, idk what the AP is atm so this might change.

Atm I'm voting Lara for this one, mainly due to better stealth mastery, being more acrobatic and silent in general. Jill does have flash bang grenades that could stun her if she can get the drop on her. But tbh this is a classic example of a hunter vs a fighter. If these two go straight up and head to head Jill would certainly win, but the same could easily be said for even Lara versus any grunt in like the first game. So Lara wouldn't play it that way and just end the fight without being seen via an arrow to the vital spots.

And for @RandomGuy2345 (you absolutely doesn't need to post this question everywhere in a forum), she's pretty much 9-B/Wall level physically like Jill, with their strongest weapons being 9-A/Small Building level.

its pretty common to assume that lara is a less skilled fighter than most opponents, that ''she's just an archeologist with guns'', but if you look past those preconceptions, you'd realise that even the survivor lara is mad skilled.

not to mention that survivor lara can fight without the need of eyesight.
