Regarding the name "Outerverse level"

Actually I think Tier 0 should be changed to Omniverse level, since Boundless isn't really accurate.

But Boundless sounds way cooler than Omniverse level, as names with fewer words are inherently more impressive sounding than longer names.

Plus, Omniverse level is even less accurate than Boundless.

A truly accurate name would be
[Immeasurably Transcendent to a thing Immeasurably Transcendent to a thing more than infinitely superior to a hierarchy of layers which are infinitely^3 superior to each other that goes up infinitely higher above 3D Space]-level

Omniverse is more accurate then Boundless? I disagree.

"Omni" comes from the latin word "Omnis" which means in a simple explanation is merely "all", even checking online it garners that result "all, every, the whole, of every kind"

"Bound" comes from the french word "Bounde" which means "limit" with the "less" meaning limit. Thus "boundless" is lacking a limit.

I find that the term boundless is far more apt for the vast and ineffable (and especially lame) entities in tier 0. But thats just my two cents.

No I don't think so. Tier 0 entities aren't boundless as in beyond all limits, that's something we got rid of years ago. Boundless is essentially a NLF.

I know what Omniverse means, which is why I thought it would be a better term in the first place. Since it would generally encompass the totality of everything in the verse.

Tier 0's are by all means the closest we can get to quantifying omnipotent beings, without saying they are omnipotent, with a majority of tier 0's actually being omnipotent (we just dont use that to scale)

That's just omnipresence.

The issue is that we don't use omnipotence, no Tier 0 on the wiki is infinite. Heck, if a character was omnipotent it couldn't be tiered in the first place. And dur to the fa t that omnipotence is being all powerful, tier 0 is as close to omnipotence as tier 11.

Also it's not omnipresence, though manu tier 0 beings are, what I meant was that tier 0s are generally superior to everything and all that is within their verse.
