For those wondering, I know how R>F works, but I have friend of mine messaging me as I type this that R>F is no longer means a character is 1-A (Outerverse Level), saying that it only gets you a singular dimension superior to the world you're transcending (Meaning if you're qualitatively superior to a 6-D Cosmology that means you're now 7-D). And he also says that the current definition of 1-A (Outerverse Level) on the wiki is outdated. May I have any second opinions on the matter?

"Proper R>F" is a weird way of putting it, R>F is 1A period afaik. If it isn't, then that's because it's not R>F, there is no in between. You either have R>F and are 1A as a result or don't have it and aren't 1A.

Nope, +1D is old, the new and current r>f is 1-A. The only way u can get +1D now is if its implied in the story that character that is shown to have r>f (with respect to the fictional material) is superior but not enough to have qualitive superiority. In those cases, we can analyse and evaluate case by case and maybe the character/realm can qualify for +1D.

Some author describing r>f like just jumping another dimension even explained with some D exapmles . Or their r>f features just like higher D so every R>F isnt 1A

Yeah, that's another thing. In the past the wiki used to use the term "qualitative superiority" to just mean a n+1 increase, which was incredibly misleading and even to this day they haven't fully remedied how it used to be referred to vs how it is now.
