Re-tiering of some Tezuka verse characters

No calc and video and screen shots to assign her tier

2. Astro Boy - Little Astro Boy tiering

Currently the site says MCB+.

However here says at least 14.8 Megatons of TNT (City), possibly 658 Zettatons of TNT (Planet). Sadly neither end gets approved.

Please help re-tier them, or their profiles have to be decimated. Thanks.

Can't help with Bagi. I haven't really seen Tezuka's...weirder stuff.

Little Astro Boy 2019 is a different series than Little Astro Boy 2014, and is a rebranded version of Go Astro Boy Go!. Not sure where 8-A comes from.
