Has Gwen a counter to time stop? Blue Raven surely needs extraordinary circumstances to make it work (emotional outburst). White Raven is in full emotional control and wields all of her powers, and the timestop was shown to be at least City sized.

I looked and no, unfortunately none of Gwens spells can counter White Ravens timestop. Reality warping is listed under her anodite form ,but I didn't anything on it's limits.
