The problem is you put Homura on there, she can stop time so yeah...she could probably like stuck a bullet in his eyes or something and kill him with a hundred bombs.

The question is would Raiden charge in head first though? I've played metal gear rising revengeance, and the Raiden I knew always analyzed his opponent before fightning. If he has no idea homura can stop time, and Homura stops time right away like she usually does, Raiden would most likely lose.

I can see Raiden wining though if he managed to blitz her.

Isn't High Hypersonic+ Mach 50-100 though? Mach 2000 is only 20-40 times faster than that. Or are you counting Zandatsu?
