So I analyzed Beast vs Goliath and found it to be incorrect.
Beast is 8-C MHS+ while Goliath is 9-A MHS. They have similar experience, but Hank has fought a wider variety of foes and is much smarter. He can also run much faster, so even if Goliath tries to escape, Beast can catch up.
So I have to alter the list again. Oh well.
