The FotF cosmology goes like this:
Realms (which are separate space-time continuums) < dimensions < universes < omniverses.
The safest definition that we have here is for realms to be equivalent to space-time continuums. This then means that "dimensions" here are multiverses, and, in turn, "universes" would be 5-D spaces. Omniverses would still be 5-D since it's specified that the entirety of the cosmology of the verse is containted inside 3 omniverses.
If that's so, wouldn't the "universes falling from the heavens" feat be Low 1-C?
