Can any of you briefly summarize for me why Writer was downgraded to High 1-A? I would have asked that on the thread, but it was closed before i should ask.

From what I remember. It was the fact that the Writer didn't seem to really transcend the overvoid to the point of a 0, as he only viewed it as a lesser being which he can write the stories on. And not conceptually superior to the point he would be like how the overvoid treated DC.
In other words, the Writer was just a really far into baseline high 1-A. He is likely stronger, so that is why there is a likely higher part on his tier

The tiering structure has changed, and there was a certain amount of doubt as to whether or not The Writer fit the new requirements for Tier 0. A lot of people seemed to think he did, but at least a few people thought he didn't, so we compromised and gave him At Least High 1-A, Likely Higher, which acknowledges both evaluations. It says "Well, we're all sure that he is a High 1-A entity at minimum, and most of us even think he might be a 0 entity, but we aren't totally sure."
