Reinhard should get Social Influencing I mean it is pretty straightforward from him able to charm anyone who looks at him or people committing suicide just cause they heard his voice e.t.c. This is from DI but in kaziklu bey everyone most hated vampire said something interesting

He doesnt have it because anything too supernatural is counted as mind or empathic manip and doesn't give you the ability (which is why he already has his charisma on profiles under these powers).

So he wouldn't have it.
