Questioning Solaris's omnipresence

I saw that Solaris is considered omnipresent on this wiki but I'm not really sure how. I played Sonic 06 and I know Eggman said that he exists in the past present and future and Shadow also said they could defeat Solaris if Sonic was still alive which heavily implies that one of them would fight Solaris in the future, one would fight him in the present, and the other one in the past. I also know that past and future don't represent a specific time period, but actually an infinite amount of time periods since past can be 0.1 secs ago, 0.01 secs ago, 0.001 secs ago and future works just like that. However, it's not clearly specified if Solaris really existed in all time periods or just in 3. Also, if he is Omnipresent and not simply Multipresent this means that Sonic, Silver and Shadow should also be Nigh-Omniprersent since they defeated him and all Solarises needed to be attacked simultaneously to be defeated.

I know I might be wrong about Solaris and i'm looking forward for your replies!

I am also doubtful about rating any character as omnipresent through time alone. We tend to go by omnipresent through space, or space AND time as a requirement.

Sonic = Present, Shadow = Past and Silver = Future, but it's better for them to not scale from Solaris Time Omnipresence listed on his abilities.

The Super States had dominion in more than one point in time individually otherwise Solaris would have acausality to their assualt,they're infinite or immeasurable to traverse to those time periods & damage him accordingly,not FTL+.
