His best iteration is shown to have combat speed faster than light due to his ability to react and freeze the lasers. However, him reacting at that speed isn't necessarily consistent - and one may argue that it's Darth Vader's precognition that allows him to "react beforehand"; combined with his utilization of The Force which guides his hand to where the lasers would be.
