When do powers become distinct enough to warrant their own pages? Some powers are just subsets of other powers so what warrants the seperate page

For example:
Crystal, Metal and Sand are subsets of Earth Manipulation

Fear, Empathic, Madness, and Morality are subsets of Mind Manipulation (with fear and morality being subsets of empathic)

Its not about how distinct they are from one another, but how many exampIes they have for verses indexed on this wiki.

For exampIe, Anos Voldigoad from Maou Gakuin has Iogic manipuIation, but its simpIy Iinked to Iaw manipuIation since a Iogic manip page does not exist separateIy, the Iatter is because most Iogic manip feats in fiction are done through hax Iike reaIity warping, subjective reaIity, Iaw manip, etc., yet just caIIed Iogic manip in fIowery Ianguage.
