Question about intelligence

An extraordinary genius has vastly superhuman intelligence, whereas a supergenius can basically do virtually anything via inventions. It is harder to precisely classify characters that are superhumanly intelligent in non-scientific way though.

I suppose Extraordinary Genius would be appropriate since he planned his rise to power for thousands of years, predicted the arrival of a character thousands of years prior to it, then he proceeded to outsmart said person. He also did a lot of things with technology.
