Let's say we have a non carbon based life form, they act like a actually living and breathing living creature, now we have another character that is limbless capable of using a device removes that inorganc creature limbs and attach them to It self and use them like their own

would this power be biological manipulation? if the limbs can (for exemple) trow fire balls, would this also be power absorption?
