The gods because of higher durability and probability hax, food luck was just like the leftover energy from them so they clearly have probability manipulation and it isn't limited like what other characters have.

@Matt Apparently so going by what the profile is saying for the Gourmet Gods and consider that Neo eat pure energy as well (Actually I need to reread the chapters of Toriko just to be sure on this)
