In order to provide effective in combating entropy, a magical girl would have to give out at least 3.3 × 10^52 joules upon transforming. The fact that 3rd timeline KG was able to produce so much that the Incubators no longer needed magical girls means she alone would be well into the 3-B range. (She would have to be > than that produced in thousands of years of magical girls)

Of course, pretty big outliers overall.

Tart already has the "likely higher" tho. And Homulilly doesn't scale, unless i'm missing something. She is 7-B via her own 7-B feat.

Kyoko would probably become low 7-B with this. And perhaps the meguca that has 0 stats for ap would become solid 7-C

Why the megucas with 0 at 7-C? We already have a feat for 0.5. The things that change are 1-4.5
