So she's still unknown just with 5-C smiting.

Why is CMG Homura rated unknown when we rated Madoka as 5-C? She has Madoka's power with few of her own, not to mention she used that power for get to go. At worst we could perhaps rated her as 8-B, possibly 5-C.
