Well I was thinking they would outright replace entire timelines, make it somewhat Twilight Zoney. Heck add something from every genre, like a timeline where a Homura went mad and Tamura has to stop her or one where Kriemhild fuses with Walpurgis, becoming some uber-witch. Tamura's manga, after all, had some fridge dark moments.
Not to mention to have the exact same thing as the manga would be kind of disappointing.
It could also be heavy on the world-building.
