One thing I've noticed on this Wiki, particularly in VS threads, is that many users are often confused as to which characters are physically higher-dimensional and which ones merely have higher-dimensional power.
To solve this predicament, I propose that we add Higher-Dimensional Physiology as a power.
The requirement for this power is quite simple: a character must demonstrate that they physically exist on a dimensional level above that of 3-D space. Typically, being able to freely move throughout linear time (something that 3-D beings generally cannot do) is the easiest way to prove a higher-dimensional existence.
I'm not sure how to handle characters that are completely beyond the concept of dimension (1-A), but I suppose such an issue can be resolved here.
