Profile Deletion Requests Thread - 11

I am uncertain regarding whether or not the pages are bad enough to delete, as they seem rather harmless, and tiers 9-C and 9-B do not tend to require outright calculations to warrant the statistics.
 
None of the profiles are in a bad enough shape for deletion. The unknown ones also still have an array of abilities listed, which gives purpose to their profiles
 
Maybe The Dead Head should be removed for the following reasons, or at least get a update

-Most of the abilities are unexplained and don't go with the character (I.E. Inorganic Physiology on a severed human hand)
-Wouldn't ripping a hand off make you 10-A? if so the tier is wrong
-The title is named incorrectly (The profile is called the dead head and not the dead hand, it even says that in the name stat and in the original story it was called the dead hand)
-The stats seem off (It is immobile even though the it somehow caught up to Tom and left in the morning)
-Nothing said in the story says that it has control over plants or air, the closet to that is that the wind was blowing in the story and that Tom was hanging on to the tree next to him with his other hand
 
The Matrix of Leadership.

Its Rating is wrong, as it is only the range of EE. Also, a composite profile for The Matrix of Leadership across all media of Transformers is not a duable thing, since there is hundreds of it with each one being vastly different or having too many different power sets to work in a Composite Profile
 
I would appreciate community help with checking through all of the Kamen Rider profile pages, as they largely seem to contain guesswork statistics with very poor grammar:

Well running the summarary/story of the verse page through my spell checker reports several issues, reading through them most of them are legitimate problems. The page also has alot of unneccessary illiteration and word bloat, I know thats not the biggest issue you need help with but It's something I can take care of. if thats what youd like.
