Speed equalized, Post-training Joseph is being used, Both have all of their equipment.

Fight starts at Point Prometheus, 5 meters apart.

Jack : 7 (Keeweed, Jacky, John, Dargoo, Jimboy, Weekly, Arsenal)

I'll probably vote jack. Joseph is way smarter and if he gets close he destroys in melee combat, but Jack can freeze him with a snap (it doesn't have a travel time and freezes Joseph solid), and can electric Joseph stunning him long enough to shoot Joseph to death (granted Joseph has regen but that probably won't be enough to survive some of jack's stronger weapons or plasmids)

Add on to that, freezing would **** over the use of Hamon; so the moment Jack uses any of his ice-related powers Jospeh's screwed.

IDK about electricity working on Joseph since hamon has some electrical properties and Jospeh regularly runs the energy through him.

Other than that Jack FRA though.
