God isnt baseline but the Presence, if we take into account his "upgraded" AP (Archangels, angels and the Spectre who completely transcends dimensions and possibly realms beyond dimensions being nothing but his imagination) then he'll probably defeat God

im not shure he is well above his 1-A creations but there is nothing that proves he transcends them over-monitor >>>>>glory of the first circle >>>>>>>> presence=GEB that would give DC 4 high 1-As perhaps even 5 if we count elaine and it would also give them around 7 1-As (whith most above baseline) that would make DC probably the strongest verse on this site
