Jonathan should have a key for his pre-training self, who was strong enough to tackle Dio through a wall and beat Speedwagon in a fight.

Maybe you could argue to scale him up to just-became-a-vampire Dio, who should be 9-A through scaling to that random fodder vampire, but I'd disagree, Dio was clearly much stronger.

Considering we have other characters on the wiki with the same characteristics as Jonathan here, i kind of find it weird he only has post-hamon and post-Deep Pass. I advocate for this as well, though i'm not sure on what tier he'll fall in.
