Btw, wasn't hypersonic calc based on dio's space open stingy eyes? With dio now mftl what value would they scale to?

Ice was already MFTL even before that, Ice is just built different. Even as a human he's one of the fastest characters in the verse, and even physically superhuman (like that mf punched iggy like 30m into a wall, making a visible indent).
To compare, Human Dio was like, maybe generously subsonic based on moving like a blur feat he has.
The same value DIO scales to, 125c or whatever Chariot's at.

He didn't become one until Chariot stabbed him through the mouth, killing his human body and letting him turn into a vampire. Which the only time after that point he fights is when he's bouncing off the walls and shit. Everything before that point he had his human body still.
And they will be. Forever. Will is about as fast as an explosion, thankfully Tarkus nothin personnel'd him, but the Will dudes have a speed cap, give or take.

Part 3 DIO is Dio fused with Jonathan's body, creating a vampiricly amped Jonathan, who would logisticially be superior to his Part 1 incarnation
There are NO STATEMENTS about DIO being weaker or inferior to his previous body, they only say he has less control over the body
(Also DIO's regeneration was messed up because he got an entire fist through his skull, not because it was on his left side)
