Sorry to be a bother, but I noticed that PreCrisis Superman had a downgrade from low 2-c to 3-A. Why was this? I seem to have missed out on that.

Pre-Supes likely received a downgrade to 3-A due to Superman merging only with the physical universe. There was no mention of time being involved at all I believe.
