The ALE's soul hax is far above anything the Overlord has done. Like his soul hax could affect the 6-D New Gods within the SoG. No amount of resistance negation is topping that.

Poison works like a cloud the user can summon anytime, and its stated to be as strong as Tiger Widow Venom who's enough to badly weaken and even kill Nadakhan , a supernatural being aka a Djinn. Tiger Widow is strong enough to insta kill humans and even Elemental Masters who are naturally stronger then humans

Superman can endure things already endure poison like kryptonite, something that can specifically to harm his physiology for hundreds of years. And it being a cloud means that Superman can just blow it away, or go intangible, or just fly away and use range attacks. A poison cloud can't do much against him.

That looks incredibly easy to avoid. The profile doesn't have enough gifs/clips so its hard to vote for Overlord
