Literally the only thing Goku has going for him in this fight is that Han hasn't mastered his powers.

Well, now that I think about it Goku is physically stronger, though I don't know by how much. He's at 1.7 tenatons pre-zenkai, then zenkai's and goes up to Small Star Level+ (though the justification just leads back to Frieza's page and nothing tells me why he is Small Star Level+).
So I'll hold off on screaming stomp quite yet.

True, I just remembered that Han can still warp space to make attacks miss him, even if he can't actually straight-up reflect them.
Han warps space so Goku's attacks all miss, then reverses weak force and disintegrates Goku.
