As far as Im aware, the Time Aura needs to touch Bugs for that to happen, and wouldnt he have to know Bugs has Supernatural luck to form a way around it?

I dont think it could null Bugs' Plot Manipulation, but idk if Bugs could use his Plot Manipulation to get out of sealing
