Possible Zen'ō upgrade (Unlikely)

Now, this is very highly controversial and I personally think we should wait til we get more info, but I want y'all's opinion on this. In the new episode of Dragon Ball Super, claimed that his clones were possibly from other timelines and even hinted at possibly infinite timelines. As Zen'ō is above all in the Dragon Ball multiverse, he could be above the timelines as well. Now, I know there's no evidence for Zen'ō being beyond that, but I personally created this thread to have it here when the time comes.

This crossed even my mind. I'll keep this open, but we have to make sure that this stays under control. Also, definitely not confirming if I think this is legit or not. Just saying that I had this though too.

Pretty sure that that can just mean that there are other Zen'os, but just that

Zen'o is the creator of the DB Multiverse, but he is not the creator of each timeline

Blacks statement is pretty vague imo he himself doesn't even know what his power is so i don't think those clones are from different timelines. And even if we said those clones were from different timelines there weren't an infinite amount of them anyway, plus it's not confirmed if zeno can destroy all timelines, we don't even know if there is only one zeno or if there are more in other timelines. We need some more info.

He isn't confimed to be the creator of the verse all we know about him is that he is the strongest in the multiverse and that he appoints the gods of destructions and angels.

I'm pretty sure there's only one Zen'o and that he exists "outside of time" meaning that he wouldn't exist in Future Trunk's timeline either, he just exists in one place and can go anywhere he needs to. That's what I think anyways.

in the anime Whis say that none stand above him http://imgur.com/a/K6CM4 that means he's above all. above all is only the Omnipotent being http://imgur.com/a/jqZWN

If the rest of a series maxes out Wall level, even a Wall level+ could be "above all." Zen'ō being above a cast full of 3-As does not at all indicate omnipotence.

And this wiki does not use the term "omnipotence" or attributes that to any of our profiles.

Even if we did, Zen'ō clearly wouldn't qualify, as he has shown that there are things outside his knowledge that he cannot predict (Such as not knowing Goku's identity, having to be informed that Beerus and Champa were slacking off, not knowing that Goku would cancel their playdate, etc.) If Zen'ō were truly "omnipotent" he would've known or been able to predict all of these things.

Zen'ō (like anyone else) will never be rated as omnipotent. And as of now there is absolutely nothing at all to suggest he is a Tier 0 or "questionable omnipotent." The only current thing we have to gauge his power by, is Whis's statement he can destroy the DB Multiverse, which we know contains at least 12 universes, 2 of which having confirmed multiple timelines.

So much this. Plus the fact that Whis's statement would only apply to DB at best anyways. Otherwise we'd get Itachi>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Beyonder because Beyonder doesnt have the Sharingan or Uchiua blood which is "required" to beat Itachi based off his vague claim. In addition, if Zeno was omnipotent he would not need henchman or royal servants to do what he wants when he can just get whatever he wants done anytime he wants without any effort.

I have a feeling Zeno is either restricting his own power (thats why he takes the form of a child) because apparently he has a bad temper, or is being restricted by a true omnipotent. Fingers crossed that at least one is the case

I dont. As a fan of the series, I honestly dont wish DBS to get this strong because it'll just prove Akira is just at the mercy of his fans to make his series the strongest. They dont need to be that strong, that kind of strength will just throw the meaning of DB period right out the window.

Besides, it would still be impossible because Zeno is confirmed to be the strongest in the verse and even he's not remotely a true omni at all. He's the absolute strongest so their isnt going to be anyone else ever stronger than him.

@Anime. How would it ruin Dragon Ball. As long as there is someone stronger than Goku and someone he looks foward to surpassing the concept of Dragon Ball is still there. Can you give me a reason to why Goku getting that strong is a problem as long as he has something to strive for. If this was a problem than Z and the Original DB's ending would ruin the meaning of DB. Also Zeno is confirmed to be the strongest of the verse, AS OF NOW. Similar to Mewtwo until Arceus came by.

Sorry but that argument always greatly ticks me off. We should not set a limit to a show. Goku and the others could reach 1-A as long as Goku has someone to train to become stronger than then DB would still be Dragon Ball. Simple as that. Power doesn't change the message of a series. I find it odd that DB is like the only series with this problem. While every other series is free to expand on power.

To be fair, it's kinda hard to have someone surpass you without an asspull if you're tier 2 and a protagonist. Let alone tier 1, because at that point, you're haxxed to oblivion. Also, take one look at YouTube comments (I know, right?), and you'll see that Supes has this problem too.

It isn't really hard to surpass a tier 2 and most tier 1's nowadays..... All it takes is a few statements...

Statements aren't fun ;_;. If Tom & Jerry has taught me anything, it's that action speaks louder than words.

Btw, I'm 75% joking, 25% playing Devil's Advocate.

My apologies as its only my honest thought and I dont mean for it to upset you, but to me getting that kind of power, especially Omnipotence, just makes the purpose/message of the series pointless. The whole point is for Goku to fight opponents equally or stronger than himself and to do that, he needs to train and break past any limit that's put in front of him. Not just Goku but for other fighters like Vegeta who want to become stronger. Thats what makes DB very espiring for their fans. But if they are to just essentially become all powerful gods, let alone gods who cant ever be beaten, then what's the point in the show if they get that strong? We already kinda got that issue when Zeno, someone who is confirmed to be the absolute strongest of the verse out of everyone else, came out. Now for whether or not Goku still wants to catch up to Zeno is beyond me, but whether he does or doesnt just makes it pointless. Why try and go after someone who you clearly cant ever beat? To me, if your making a show about that kind of message, then why include someone that cant ever be beaten? It just ruins the whole message (to me any way) and makes training from that point onwards totally pointless. With gods like Beerus here, and an undefeated Zeno here too, I doubt there will be other opponents who Goku would want to catch up after Zamasu. Besides, Im not sure Goku would ever even want that kind of strength anyways because if he became the absolute strongest, or close to it, then that takes away more and more people he could ever fight against as he would be just drastically above them, as well as the point of training. To whether or not more opponents for Goku can show themselves is unknown, but at this point there just may be fewer and fewer to the point where there's none at all.

No one ever said Goku would be Omnipotent. No one ever said Goku would try to surpass an Omnipotent never once stated that. But let's say for example they reached 1-A. The range for 1-A as seen in Masadaverse is wide. A 1-A can be infinitely stronger than another 1-A. So Goku could still try and surpass Beerus and Whis. See what I mean. As long as there is a goal then the lesson of Dragon Ball is still there Nothing More Nothing Less.

You're both wrong. The message of Dragon Ball is that male Saiyans are all that matter. Pure blooded humans? Old friends? Old rivals? Powerful women who have normal colored skin? What are those? It's only Goku, Vegeta, and their Doctor Who companion who's not gonna be relevant in the next arc against whoever they're going back and forward with.

OVO

Tier 1 DB would blow my mind although unlikely unless Zarama, who has yet to be shown is above Zeno and is the true tier 0 of DB.

Purpose of this thread? I lost it somewhere down the page.
The original purpose was a possible upgrade to Zeno due to the fact that Goku Black said that his clones were coming from other timelines.

We will upgrade Zen'o to 2-B, if it is proven that there is just one of him ruling over all timelines, and that there are more than 1000/12 (~83) of them.

Thing is, not entirely sure if they were alternate timelines. Since when were time displaced duplicates of yourself made of mist?

I agre with Howard. There is no proof of that many timelines yet.

Then why Black "can cut through space time"?
