Possible Super Shenlong Upgrade / Zalama

Basis of said upgrade:

-Super Shenlong was directly responsible for having the soul & body of Zamasu being completely immortal.

- Super Shenlong essentially made Incorporeal Zamasu whom it was . The only reason the fusion failed was because it was a fusion between a god and a human, not an god and a god, so the effects were only on Zamasu.

- So, i'm hoping for an possibly Low 2-C via wishes alone .Because it was still responsible for what Zamasu became as a result. Which essentially he became a monster of massive proportions.

Except Zamasu did that in a stronger form, after fusing with Black. His power could have very well surpassed Super Shenron's, and, even if it didn't, he did grow beyond what he was given.

But... Black was destroyed completely when Trunk's Z-Spirit Sword hit it. One can argue due to Black being completely destroyed, his power left with him. Though, that is just assumption/speculation. I won't disagree with your second point however, as i will agree that Zamasu more than likely grew in power the longer he stood in that state .Basically, he would've gotten to possibly 2-C , and maybe surpass Zeno if Zeno didn't kill him in his lesser stages of his incorporeality.

The manga makes their explanation in another way, because zamasu was never officially appointed a kaioshin then he is the same as mortals . And not only that, goku is fighting on equal grounds with zamasu by perfecting the SSB. Wouldnt that make goku possibly low 2C by that logic? Well the next chapter will be more to see.

Surpass Zeno? sigh. Shenron was not responsible for fusion zamasu, the potara was. Why not give the potara items a 2-C rating?, yea they dont have a profile. Joking...

No.. Black became one with Zamasu both Soul and Body. The Soul was Present Zamasu's so it makes completely sense for Merged Zamasu's soul to look like Regular Zamasu. Only the body was somebody else's not the Soul. And since the Body and Soul are one so Black's power became Merged Zamasu's. So if his body is destroyed Merged Zamasu's combined power remains in his Soul.
