i don't want to screw up. that's why i'm not editing. (for fear of screwing up since thanos is one of the most important pages on the wiki and i don't want to accidentally screw up anything)

I don't think the IG provides that sort of protection, at least we haven't seen it. But fear resistance relates heavily to the will of the user in this case. He also has madness resistance due to high willpower.

It gives him mastery over mind and spirit, so I think that it gives him heavily increased protection.
