Possible Mario and Luigi upgrade

Galaxy Mario and Galaxy Luigi defeated Grand Star Bowser who survived the universe reset which is Low 2-C via the black hole.

I think that Galaxy Mario and Galaxy Luigi should get their high ends upgraded to Low 2-C since they can hurt Grand Star Bowser. Their low ends should remain at 3-C.

It doesn't say that Rosalina protected Bowser. Why would she protect him after all the trouble he caused?

Anyway the point is the possibility of getting Galaxy Mario and Galaxy Luigi's high ends upgraded to Low 2-C or at least 3-A.

Okay. I was wondering that if it wasn't an outlier which it is would Galaxy Mario and Galaxy Luigi's tier be listed as 3-C to Low 2-C/3-A?

The reason why I am asking this is because Galaxy Mario and Galaxy Luigi can hurt Grand Star Bowser who survived the Universe Reset which is Low 2-C even though Mario and Luigi were protected by Rosalina.
