Possible GIFany, White Face, SCP-085 and Rumble McSkirmish upgrades

As we know, Tier 11 is for truly 2 dimensional or lower beings. We often uses the metaphor of "Writer compared to fiction" to explain lower or higher dimensional beings. But it only is a metaphor. A drawing, data in a game or computer etc. are all made out of 3D energy/matter. Even if it is utterly small, they are still 3D.

A drawing is made out of almost unoticably small amount of 3D matter on a paper, but it's still 3D. Even data like GIFany. Electricty or data in general still represent a tiny fragment of 3D mass/energy. A truly 2D being would be infinitely inferior to anything 3D. It isn't the case for all the characters mentioned in the title.

So, White Face , GIFany , SCP-085 and Rumble McSkirmish should be upgraded to 10-C.

Pretty sure that High 3-A stuff isn't "unquantifiable". It's just that it's counted as Hax instead of AP. Here, there is just no way that would be 11-A.

Pretty sure the profiles are about their actually 2-D constructs, not what they're made of in the 3-D world.

Like, a drawing on a piece of paper is technically a 3-D obect, but the drawing itself is still 2-D.

The hax part is just if they can manipulate space time in some way, actual destruction in small amount is labeled unquantifiable.

But these should still get the upgrade since they are technically 3 dimensional.

@Ever There is no 2D construct at all. A drawing is graphite being stuck on a sheet of paper. These are far larger than even the smallest living beings. More or less the same for data, except smaller.

Energy/data within computers is still 3-Dimensional. There's nothing 2-D about these characters at all.

i disagree, for GIFfany, he is 11-A for being on screen, without actually having 3D things

SCP-085 is 11-A because, if you are trapped/living inside a paper world, it is unlikely that you can escape that paper,

paper mario is not 11-A for having feats, these here wont have that, but just beign 2D,

White Face because... he cannot attack in the real world, it wont cause harm, it still looks 11-A, its a game character, he is featless in the real world,

Rumble Skirmish? the same for GIFfany,
