Possible big Zarya upgrade maybe?

I recently stumbled upon a calculation that puts Zarya's Ult at Galaxy Level. Here's the video in question, and the calc starts at 13:08. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=lLTt-DNm9wY I was wondering if there were any inherent flaws in this, or if it would be a safe upgrade to make.

Considering it's a calc for her Ult, which she does on a regular basis, I don't think it would be.

Yeah, NO.

Now I'm far from a physicist, but I'm 100% sure that Zarya's Ult was mostly made to not abide by the laws of physics, and it being Galaxy level is so large of an outlier I don't even know where to begin.
