will the darts even affect Po? I thought they more than likely would be blocked by Po's layers of fat a la Kung fu Panda 1.
Po has far better hax and better AP as well (scales from being superior to his kung fu panda 1 self who was superior to a Tai Lung who casually destroyed a building, whereas Batman scales from being stronger than someone who is just barely building level).

Batman prefers a hand to hand combat so Po have the possibility to send him to the Spirits Realm with Skidoosh. Also Po can summon a chi dragon, i dont think that batman martial arts or equipment could defeat that.

Po easily. Sure, Batman has his knowledge of every martial arts and equipment but it's useless against Po's Wuxi Finger Hold, which Batman has no resistance to. He can reflect most of Batman's attacks, has flight and BFR which should guarantee his win.

Po's finger hold only works by touching the victim's fingers. I doubt Po is gonna manage to do that while he's being beat up by Batman. Bats also has freeze ray, electric gauntlets, and explosive batarangs which will certainly give him the edge.

In the battle of Po vs Kai, we see that Po just need to hold the oponent in order to send he and his oponent to the spirit realm where he is even more powerfull
