Alright, first things first.
Does Po have anything that can deal with Lady Shiva's duraneg and perception amps?

Po has his own perception amps but they come from an episode in LoA, after the one where it was confirmed KFP2 takes place.
As for dura neg, if it’s from pressure points then it probably won’t work immediately unless Shiva has the ability to instantly know an opponent’s physiology.

Gonna say Shiva via massively outskilling and Po not having much to compensate.

Most of it is pressure points yeah, but there's also Jireugi, which is a punch that just straight up lets you punch and damage someone massively more durable than you.
Unfortunately we don't really know the specifics of how effective it is, aside from Black Canary using it to punch someone as though they were equals when she normally would have pulverized her fist against his jaw.
And then there's the Leopard Blow.
Where we have no idea how it works, aside from the fact that it's the single most lethal technique on the planet, including ones that use pressure points to stop the heart or instantly fill the lungs with blood, or ones that send vibrations through the flesh to rip the heart apart.
It wouldn't surprise me if she does but I can't recall any specific examples.
There is the fact that she'd be able to use the Shadow Ninja technique (brilliant name, comic writers) which lets someone perfectly synchronize their bodily functions with their opponent as though they share a nervous system, to the point that they can remain completely undetected an inch behind them by perfectly shadowing their movements, which I imagine would necessitate some kind of superhuman anatomical awareness.
