Most of this seems fine however there are abilities that imo need to be specified in their uses.
fate manip is too vague by itself so it would help to specify the extent to which it can be used. Resistance to Power absorbtion should be specified to work like it's shown to avoid confusion.

SD, shouldn't AoC has the same advance BFR like Homura? It absorbed Homura's power after Madoka erased the world of witches and changed it into the world of wraithes.
