I think that Clementine wins this, though she will certainly sustain some damage in the process. She has a sizable AP advantage over Pichu (Pichu is comparable to 0.62 tons of TNT while Clementine is above someone who is at 0.879 tons of TNT), and can augment her speed and abilities with Martial Arts. Additionally, while Pichu could in theory keep up if it immediately uses its statistics amplification and reduction, that much forethought would probably be unlikely since it's a baby pokemon, and difficult to use once things get moving. While Pichu can gain an advantage if it manages to paralyze Clementine, I'd say that a single activation of fireball or mind control from one of her stilettos will win her this match in most situations.

I mean ones an animal with rather low intellegence at best on the level of a small child, the other is a ****** with a love of peircing weapons who tries to end things in one strike....pichu could possibly win but its unlikely. Clementine fra

Really? I always assumed they varied from human to animal, my mistake. Saying that wouldn't pichu have child like intellegence due to it being the first form? Ehh either way it doesn't really change anything.

I don't think a mentally mature Pichu is impossible. In the anime there was an elderly Treecko that never evolved in its life.

This would have to be one lonely Pichu...
